Off until you use it
AI features run only when you use them. The first time, ForDaily asks for your permission.
You choose what it can see
In Settings, open AI. Each area (tasks, notes, habits, calendar and so on) has its own switch. An area that is off is never sent.
Where the data goes
- ForDaily AI sends your request through ForDaily’s server to OpenAI. The conversation is not stored on ForDaily’s server; only how much you used is recorded.
- Your own key sends the request straight from your device to the provider you chose. ForDaily sees neither the key nor the conversation.
Your name and email address are not sent to the provider in either case.
What the assistant may do
It can add and edit tasks, notes, habits and events when you ask. It asks before moving anything to Trash and cannot delete permanently. You can undo its changes for seven days.
